I love being a working mom at Kellanova. Our culture really promotes work-life balance and the flexibility that I get allows me to be the best mom I can be as well as bringing my best self to work. And parenthood is really celebrated here. I’m often swapping pictures of my little ones or celebrating their milestones together with my leadership and teams. Whether it’s a kid’s doctor’s appointment or a school holiday, I never hesitate to focus on my family and feel encouraged to do so here at Kellanova. Also, my toddler loves the fact that mom works for a company that makes her favorite snacks.

At Kellanova’s Valls plant, we are seeking a dedicated Environment, Health, and Safety Technician to play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to legal compliance in both environmental and risk prevention areas. Your expertise will help us create a safer, greener, and more efficient work environment. So, ready to make it happen?

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing 

• Policy Implementation – Implement and adapt corporate policies to plant procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for Environment, Health & Safety.
• Risk Management – Develop and execute risk evaluation plans, and define, implement, and roll out EHS programs and training.
• Incident Analysis – Conduct analysis and investigation of incidents/accidents, identifying corrective actions and improvements.
• Compliance Coordination – Coordinate legal inspections and audits and develop control measures for contractors.
• System Supervision – Supervise the Environmental Management System and actively participate in various Centers of Excellence (COEs) as needed.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• A Master’s Degree in Health & Safety.
• A formal course in Environmental Studies.
• Broad experience in health, safety and environmental activities.
• A good knowledge of production engineering.
• Good command of English, both speaking and writing.
