Job Opportunity: Recruiter (Europe) – Remote, European Time ZoneI am currently seeking an experienced Recruiter on behalf of my client, a growing organization with a strong focus on talent acquisition across Europe. This remote role offers the opportunity to lead the full recruitment lifecycle, develop innovative recruiting strategies, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.Company Overview:Our client is committed to building a robust talent pipeline and enhancing their recruitment strategies. They are seeking a skilled Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, support HR initiatives, and contribute to employer branding efforts.Job Summary:As a Recruiter, you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from screening to offer management. You’ll play a key role in developing sourcing strategies, building relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring effective use of the applicant tracking system to engage candidates efficiently.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, offers, and closing.
• Develop innovative recruiting strategies to build a strong pipeline for key and recurring roles.
• Support HR initiatives, recruitment marketing, and employer branding.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, maintaining strong relationships with managers through consistent communication.
• Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure effective candidate engagement and optimal functionality.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Extensive background in sourcing and recruiting professionals across various levels and functions.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Proven experience recruiting for both technical and business roles.
