About the roleThe Gel Bottle is a founder-led company with over a decade of innovation in the beauty and nail industry. Our dynamic environment is filled with excitement, growth, and opportunity, where things move and evolve rapidly.We’re now looking for an experienced Studio Manager to oversee the smooth flow of our content production within this fast paced environment. Working closely with our team of photographers, videographers, and producers, you’ll ensure that all creative briefs stay on track and deadlines are met. You’ll also play a key role in aligning workflows, using Monday.com and automating file processes through our DAMS system.In this high-impact role, co-ordination role, you can expect to:

  • Act as the first point of contact for creative and marketing teams, assessing briefs, setting up timelines, and managing resources to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Keep the team organised and on top of priorities, adjusting schedules as needed to handle last-minute briefs.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, setting expectations and sharing updates with confidence.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with departments, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Remain agile and monitor all projects and workloads based on changing priorities and adjust accordingly.
  • Manage our image library, ensuring everything is organised and accessible.
  • Partner with the Head of Content to streamline and improve processes for efficiency.

If you’re highly organised, adaptable, and thrive in a creative setting where no two days are the same, this is the role for you!About you:You’ll have experience of working and managing cross functional creative teams, have a keen eye for design, and know how to embody a brand to ensure content is created according to that aesthetic.

  • Successful traffic, studio or resource management experience, in a creative or design environment.
  • Strong team management experience.
  • Knowledge and experience using Adobe Creative suite, Capture One, studio photography and retouching.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, forward planning skills and problem solving all with a positive outlook.
  • Strong understanding of beauty and still-life photography.
  • Monday.com experience (required).
