In this high-impact role, you will partner closely with senior leadership to shape and execute an innovative, data-driven talent acquisition strategy that drives business impact and supports our growth objectives. This role requires a proactive, resourceful professional with deep expertise in international talent acquisition and the ability to inspire and lead a team across diverse geographies.Talent Acquisition Leadership

  • Lead a diverse, distributed team of talent acquisition professionals, championing a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor, train, and develop team members, enhancing skills in sourcing, candidate engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and metrics for the team, and foster accountability for achieving these objectives.
  • Identify skill gaps and provide ongoing development opportunities to ensure the team remains at the forefront of global talent acquisition practices.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex team or hiring manager issues, providing hands-on guidance and support.
  • Accomplish results through professional employees by setting project timelines, priorities based on project objectives, and oversight of ongoing assignments.
  • Attract, select, and retain high-level talent through active participation in performance management and professional development of team members.

Talent Acquisition Consulting

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, offering insights on global recruitment strategies and programs tailored to evolving talent needs.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define relevant metrics that measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify talent trends, competitor insights, and external market sentiment towards nCino’s employer brand.
  • Use data-driven insights and best practices from multiple markets to refine and improve the global talent acquisition strategy.
  • Evaluate and implement scalable, innovative talent acquisition tools and processes that enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive, scalable talent acquisition strategy in alignment with nCino’s business goals.
  • Collaborate with People Operations and leaders to define and track talent acquisition KPIs that support nCino’s global talent strategy.
  • Use analytics to gain insights into talent trends, including competitor analysis, talent supply, and emerging skill demands.
  • Deliver regular reports and presentations to communicate talent acquisition insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the international talent acquisition function.

Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition

  • Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition for nCino’s global operations, ensuring efficient workflows from workforce planning through candidate closing.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to address unique talent needs through customized recruiting strategies.
  • Partner with the early careers function to design and execute early career programs, including internships, apprenticeships, and graduate recruitment initiatives.
  • Use data and candidate feedback to refine processes and continuously enhance the recruiting approach.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 8+ years in talent acquisition, with a strong track record of leading high-performing, globally dispersed teams.
  • 2+ years of management experience.
  • Proven success in implementing data-driven, multinational talent acquisition strategies that drive business impact.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data synthesis capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with an ability to influence senior leaders.

Desired

  • Familiarity with international talent acquisition technologies and a passion for innovative solutions.
  • Experience in designing and implementing early career programs, including internships and graduate recruitment.
