Brown & May Marine Limited part of the RSK Group has over 35 years’ experience in the provision of marine environmental consultancy services to the offshore industry across Europe.We are currently hiring for a Office Administrator to join the team working 35 hours per week 9am – 4pm at our Fraserburgh office, Scotland.The successful candidate will assist the team with administrative tasks as required and will need to have strong Microsoft skills. They will also need to be confident with communication via both email and phone.Administration experience is not essential. However strong communication skills, initiative and willingness to learn is necessary.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and Distribute information within the office
- Answering queries, via email, phone, messages
- Taking memos, maintaining files, sending/receiving correspondence and arranging meetings
- Coordinating travel arrangements for internal staff and offshore Fisheries Liasion Officers.
- Correspondence with clients and stakeholders
- Scanning evidence and e-filing
- Excel spreadsheet data input for a range of aspects
- Meeting preparation: Agenda, previous minutes, supporting documents
- Arranging meetings (venue and attendees)
- Meeting minutes (taking and writing up)
- Mail merge –agreements & invoices
- Coordinating monthly PPE checks
- Great and welcome office visitors
Person Specification:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Packages (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Good communicator – able to communicate internally and externally
- Great Organisation and time management skills
- Able to work to timings and deadlines
Salary & Benefits:
