Team Coordinator – Marketing and Business Development – Professional Services Company (Hybrid)Our client, a professional services company, is seeking an experienced Team Coordinator to provide crucial support to their Marketing and Business Development function. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual with exceptional people skills who enjoys playing an ambassadorial role and contributing to the seamless operation of the team.The successful candidate will serve as the CRM superuser, manage social media and website content, support events, and play a key role in research and reporting. You will collaborate across internal teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the communications team to create and maintain website content and manage social media platforms.
  • Oversee the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and producing reports.
  • Conduct research to support business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate and manage events, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Monitor and track client feedback for insights and improvements.
  • Assist in drafting and editing copy for campaigns and communications.
  • Manage team budgets and support reporting activities.
  • Provide ad hoc support to ensure projects and team operations run smoothly.

Experience and Skills Required

  • A recognised marketing qualification, preferably CIM or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the Economic Consulting market (desirable).
  • Advanced MS Office skills and proficiency with design tools such as Canva.
  • Proven experience in CRM management.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
