Do you like to shaping, selling and working on a on a variety of projects, leading customer and partner teams to achieve AWS best practices?The Amazon Web Services Professional Services team is looking for Enterprise Service Managers (ESM) who are experienced Technology Consulting leaders to manage the selling and delivery relationship with our commercial enterprise organizations, develop a long term Professional Services strategy and execute that strategy with those accounts. The ESM is a trusted advisor for our largest and most committed customers. The role includes all aspects of the sales lifecycle from opportunity development through to negotiation and contract signature.Key job responsibilities
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about developing long-term consulting relationships with C-suite customers. This role involves engaging deeply with customers to understand their business drivers and application portfolios, then collaborating to develop comprehensive cloud strategies. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying and developing specific opportunities, building business cases, and shaping deals through estimations and pricing. Contract negotiations, project planning and implementation, and risk mitigation are also essential responsibilities. Acting as a single point of contact for customer executives, the consultant will build trusted relationships and educate customers on AWS services, translating their value proposition into clear business benefits. Inspiring customers and coaching internal teams towards self-sufficiency are also key aspects of this customer-facing role, which may require travel to client locations for hands-on project delivery.About the team

– Senior level executive engagement and advisory experience within the manufacturing, life science and FSI
– Extensive experience managing large Industry vertical accounts, IT and business consulting (relationship management, achieving growth targets / sales quotas, high customer satisfaction achievement, project portfolio management, contract negotiations etc.)
– Experience with contract and statement of work (SOW) development
– Strong analytical capabilities, relentlessly thinking big, championing innovative customer outcomesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Experience in developing end-to-end solutions for the Finance Industry
– SAFe, Agile, and/or DevOps accreditation/experience a plus
