We have a Full-Time Position for a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for a Tortilla company. This company offers room for growth and the opportunity to learn a new skill.
Production Supervisor Job Duties:
- Prepare daily production performance reports and submit to Plant Manager
- Communicate equipment malfunctions to Maintenance team
- Maintain updated SOP’s for all production employee positions
- Strive and maintain all quality standards
- Hire and train new employees
- Enforce the cross training program
- Plan labor accordingly
- Ensure daily checklist is fully implemented
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 3-5 years experience with food manufacturing
- Computer Proficient
- Must demonstrate a sense of urgency
Schedule: Monday – Friday 2pm-11pm
Pay: $19-$20 an hour DOE
