Project Coordinator

If so, this family-owned HVAC company is looking to add a Project
Coordinator to support its estimate/bidding team in San Antonio.   

This company is well respected within industry and continues
to expand throughout Southern Texas.  Due
to promotion, this role is open and is a Direct Hire opportunity. 

As Project Coordinator you will be responsible to support
the estimating team in managing bids from customers and vendors, as well as document
project data.

Project Coordinator Job Duties:  

·      Manage
bids from customers and vendors

·      Enter
data and notes within company software

·      Communicate
with sales team and customers

·      Prioritize
projects and bid calendar

·      Support
the estimating team and managers on various projects

Project Coordinator Job Requirements:

·      1+ year
of experience reading/reviewing and understanding mechanical drawings with the
ability to identify products (HVAC)

·      2+
years of data entry experience, including the use of Excel and Outlook

·      A
proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment where deadlines were
consistently met

·      Strong
communication skills and a customer first mentality

·      Highly
motivated and team orientated  

Schedule:

·     
Monday – Friday

·     
7-4 or 8-5

Pay: $41,600 – $52,000 per year
