Prendre part à l’aventure Staycation, c’est rejoindre une équipe déterminée à inventer le futur de l’hôtellerie et de la vie en ville.Job DescriptionStaycation is the app that lets people easily escape their daily routines with unique, 24-hour getaways or short experiences at the best hotels nearby.Since launching in 2017, Staycation has redefined the hotel experience by transforming hotels into curated experiences and connecting them with a vibrant local community.Today, Staycation means:3 million users (with an average age of 30)1,700+ partner hotels (4-5 stars and luxury destinations)Experiences rated an average of 9.3/10 by our usersJoining Staycation means becoming part of a team passionate about reimagining the future of hospitality and urban living.✨ MissionAs Brand Lead, you will be responsible for bringing Staycation’s brand vision to life by executing an ambitious marketing strategy across all countries and touchpoints, with the best possible team.📍Main ResponsibilitiesStrategyParticipate to building a consistent brand strategy with Kevin (CMO and Cofounder), based on the company’s vision, mission and objectivesStreamline the strategy into a compelling marketing plan with initiatives, clear objectives, deliverables and KPIsExecutionOwn the marketing plan’s successful delivery across all countries and touchpoints, from run operations to seasonal or adhoc initiatives (campaigns, activations, partnerships…)Oversee the development of creative briefs, content creation (shoots, UGC, in-house production) and media planning to deliver a consistent animation on every touchpoint (SoMe, Website, Newsletters, Ads…)Ensure communications and marketing materials from all teams reflect the established brand guidelines and convey Staycation’s unique point of viewMonitoringEstablish KPIs and use data-driven insights to track brand performance and impactProvide regular reports and recommendations to senior management on brand performance and opportunities for improvementManage the brand and media budgetTeam LeadershipSize and recruit a team of brand professionals (Content Manager, Art Director, etc…)Manage the team and foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountabilityStakeholder ManagementRecruit and liaise with external partners, including a PR agency, creative studios, local editors, freelance experts, media partners, and influencers, to develop impactful partnerships and campaignsBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders within the organization to gain support for brand initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across digital, social media, and traditional channels📌 Key DeliverablesAn outstanding performance in this role will look like:The marketing plan is precisely planned and executed, encompassing both high-impact initiatives – such as major campaigns and key activations – and ongoing, sustainable activities like daily content and engagement.
