Position: Men’s Technical Design Specialist
Location: Downtown Montreal (In-office, 5 days a week)

We’re looking for a Men’s Technical Design Specialist to join our design team in downtown Montreal, working closely with our Design Director. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand showcased in showrooms across Montreal, Toronto, and New York!What You’ll Do:– Collaborate with the design team to develop seasonal collections
– Prepare detailed tech packs, including sketches and specs, for manufacturing
– Provide clear instructions to factories and suppliers, ensuring all designs meet quality and style standards
– Oversee prototyping, checking measurements, quality, and design details
– Partner with the production team to ensure a smooth transition from design to production
– Follow up with factories and suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of samplesWhat You Bring:– Experience: 5+ years in men’s apparel design (a must), with a deep understanding of garment construction, fit, and specifications
– Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Illustrator, with a strong attention to detail and precision
