Send us your resume and join a people-centric company with a reputation of excellence.Job DescriptionThe Coordinator supports the Administrative Services managers in their administrative tasks and other support teams; This includes: reception, mail, printing service, document management, vehicle fleet, business travel, buildings, security and insurance.Main Responsibilities
- Main reception: Greet visitors and answer the phone.
- Mail/printing: sorting incoming mail and organizing distribution, preparing mailings (Puro and Post).
- Document management (during holidays and absences): responds to urgent requests for documents.
- Support managers in administrative tasks of Administrative Services.
- Collect the various data and collect the indicators.
- Process invoices for the service and rebill entities as appropriate.
- Support managers during special projects and events
Qualifications
- Good management of priorities.
- Good knowledge of Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to quickly analyze a situation
- Know how to manage your priorities and be creative!
- Organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and good written and verbal communication.
- Bilingualism. As part of your duties, you will have to collaborate regularly with co-workers based across Canada.
