GVCR Compliance ManagerWe are searching for an experienced GVCR Compliance ManagerMake an Impact at RSM UKAre you ready to drive excellence in global VAT compliance? Join our team at RSM UK as the GVRC Compliance Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our VAT compliance services across the UK, EU, and beyond. You’ll be at the heart of a dynamic team, ensuring quality and efficiency in tax reporting for a diverse portfolio of clients.As the GVRC Compliance Manager, you’ll take the lead on VAT compliance engagements, providing insightful analysis, quality assurance, and exceptional client service. You’ll act as the central point of contact for clients, oversee the accuracy of all indirect tax filings, and work closely with clients to understand their business models and VAT needs. Additionally, you’ll mentor junior team members, ensuring their growth and supporting RSM’s commitment to excellence.You will make an impact by:
- Delivering accurate, timely VAT compliance services across UK, EU, and international markets.
- Providing expert insights on VAT returns and assuring quality in indirect tax filings.
- Becoming a trusted advisor for clients by understanding their unique VAT requirements and anticipating compliance opportunities.
- Supporting efficiency improvements by building a knowledge centre for VAT compliance within the team.
- Leading and developing junior team members in VAT compliance and client service.

- Strong VAT compliance skills, ideally from a European or global role.
- Passion for VAT process improvement and technology enablement.
- Solid experience in managing and mentoring junior team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Alteryx, and similar tools.
- Excellent relationship management and the ability to handle international projects.
