You will share customer insights with the business to continuously improve our products. In this role you will become a product knowledge champion who shares their knowledge to upskill others across the business. Working closely with our sales teams, you will use data to understand usage, identify and mitigate risk and identify opportunities to upsell.Responsibilities

  • Using relationship management skills to maximise the value of our solutions for our customers
  • Supporting customers to optimise efficiencies in their workflow and transform their approach through online research
  • Delivering exceptional customer experience and developing technical training to ensure the best outputs for our customers
  • Ensuring you remain up to date with new features and become a subject matter expert on our products to be able to quickly resolve customer queries
  • Collaborating across the business and sharing your knowledge and insights with newer members of the team

Requirements

  • Be able to build excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders across all levels
  • Be comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy in a largely virtual environment
  • Demonstrate experience of working in a commercially focused or customer facing environment
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess great organisational and time management skills and an aptitude for making data-driven decisions
  • Be comfortable working in a largely target-driven environment
  • Demonstrate a desire to drive successful outcomes for customers and a natural ability to demonstrate product value
