Staring salary £58,310 increasing to £62,129 after 12 months (inclusive of London weighting allowance), 10% annual bonus potential with 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, increasing to 27.5 days after 10 years service, and a company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates

Using your strong analytical skills and customer insight, you’ll be accountable for ambitious revenue targets which align with the Stamps and Collectibles Product Strategy.   • Full P&L accountability for allocated stamp issues and category areas, including decision-making accountability on product ranges, forecast, creative output and production spend
  • Responsible for product ranges with targets of £7m per year
  • Manage major accounts/licensor relationships for key blockbuster stamp issues
  • Develop new products in line with Stamps and Collectibles’ Strategy
  • Brief internal and external suppliers on product requirements to satisfy different customer needs
  • Stakeholder management with internal creative and production teams to ensure timely delivery of new product development

About you
To truly excel in the role, you will possess the necessary skills and experience listed below

  • Proven experience within product management/marketing role
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in developing product opportunities in response to customer insight and retail trends
  • Demonstrable experience of establishing and maintaining stakeholder relationships, including major IP holders and senior management
  • Experience of managing a new product development process from concept to launch
  • Track record in achieving stretching revenue targets
  • Highly directed individual capable of decision making, prioritising, and organising a complicated workload effectively
  • Strong numerical skills & Microsoft excel capability, with a good knowledge of MS Office
