Production Associate – Urgently Hiring!!Job Summary: As a Production Associate in our warehouse, you will play a key role in the production and distribution of our products. You will be responsible for various tasks that support the efficient operation of the production line, ensuring quality standards are met and that all products are assembled and packaged correctly.Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment and machinery in accordance with established safety protocols.
• Assemble products according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Assist in packaging and labeling of products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of safety practices in a warehouse setting.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to [50] pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Capability to operate machinery and tools safely.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced warehouse environment with potential exposure to noise and varying temperatures.
