We are currently recruiting for a People and Staffing Manager at Watford FC.Location: Watford FC
Rate of pay: Up to £35,000 per annum
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 daysKey Responsibilities:

• Creating rotas to ensure fully staffed for match days and non match days
• Set up systems to assess staff performance, give feedback, and resolve any issues
• Create training to improve staff skills and support their career growth
• Oversee hiring for staff to
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team and understand their roles
