Job DescriptionThe Human Health Division continues to transform, driven by an effort to shape our company’s future by building or enhancing core commercial capabilities to drive business results. In order to execute the strategy of being more adaptive and responsive to changing market needs and to establish ourselves as a leader in the eyes of our customers, the US Market has identified a need to accelerate and prioritize Commercial Model Innovation (CMI) through the development, installation, prioritization and realization of key capabilities that will allow us to deliver a personalized customer experience and drive performance.The Associate Director, Commercial Model Innovation is responsible for driving innovation in the US Market. Specifically, they will partner with US Market leaders and stakeholders to develop strategy, align on intent, and drive solutions through experimentation and scaling efforts designed to drive a cultural transformation that enables our vision over time.Primary Responsibilities include and may not be limited to:Strategy Development – deliver work across strategy continuum from early conceptual ‘white space’ design to strategy execution and realization across the US Market (i.e. Define, Design, Detailed Design, Build, Pilot, Launch, Realize)Partners with key US Market stakeholders to advance solutions and bring them to life through an iterative planning processBuild strong, open, and collaborative working relationships among leadership, peers, and support teams within and outside the organizationFrame business case, trade-off choices, and risks for US Market LeadersLeverage new ways of working to promote innovative design efforts (i.e. Scrum, Kanban)Understand and implement modern Change Management practices to ensure adoptionSuccess Metrics:Realization of initiatives (set by initiative level KPIs)Responsible for delivery of US Transformation Initiative across the following three areas:Delivery of work on-time as aligned with SponsorsDelivery of work consistent with Quality standards (meets legal & regulatory requirements & maintains compliance technology standards where appropriate)Delivery of work on budget (within 3% of agreed upon spend)Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS degree)Minimum 5 years of experience in project/program management, strategic planning, transformation, operations, change management or related roleDemonstrated proficiency in project/program managementAbility to work in ambiguous spacesDemonstrated ability to work in a team environment to advance a common goalStrong understanding of compliance-related concepts and application in all job-related functionsAbility to work at the North Wales, PA (Upper Gwynedd) office at least 3 days per weekAbility to travel for the role – 10%Preferred Experience and Skills:3 years of related industry and/or strategy development experience within the life sciences/pharmaceutical industry.Agile Certifications/ TrainingBrand Marketing or Promotions experienceSales Experience#strategyandplanningNOTICE FOR INTERNAL APPLICANTSIn accordance with all employees subject to this policy are required to have a minimum of twelve (12) months of service in current position prior to applying for open positions.If you have been offered a separation benefits package, but have not yet reached your separation date and are offered a position within the salary and geographical parameters as set forth in the Summary Plan Description (SPD) of your separation package, then you are no longer eligible for your separation benefits package.
