  • You’ll be the go-to expert providing personal recommendations that leave clients feeling confident and ready to conquer the world (or at least their Instagram feed)

From mastering the latest makeup trends to crafting personalised skincare routines to help clients express their unique style.
  • From skincare secrets to makeup and fragrance must haves, you’ll be a walking encyclopaedia of beauty knowledge. You will share your expertise, provide unbiased recommendations, and help every client find their perfect match across the L’Oréal Luxe brands.

  • How “social” are you? You will be digitally savvy and actively engaged with social media trends with a strong social media presence.
  • You will inject fun into our brands with inclusive moments and events across our counters and instore animation.

What you will be doing as a Team ManagerRETAIL MANAGEMENT:

  • Achieve and exceed retail and KPI targets for your store, ensuring plans are executed with the vision of long-term success. Whilst also identifying and reacting to retail opportunities and challenges to maximize results
  • Monitor and react to productivity levels to ensure effective use of resources and strategic use of FTE to maximise productivity.
  • Manage store targeting process to ensure clear and accurate targets are set for each team member in your squad.
  • Provide detailed feedback to your Area Manager on what’s working well and opportunities that you can spot to increase performance
  • Collaborate with in store teams, and your area manager to ensure consistency, success and achieve retail targets.
  • Building solid relationships with your store to leverage the best results for our retail targets and KPI’s.
  • Embrace digital business tools and be an ambassador for these within your team.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT:

  • Have a passion for your people – as part of your role you will spend time coaching and developing your team with a focus on development of service skills.
  • Own the People Development and coaching of your in-store team to achieve the best possible results.

OPERATIONS:Ensure excellence of brand image in the store at all times; counters, displays, team, etc

  • Influence future retailer initiatives; ensuring the brands maximizes all available opportunities

What you’ll need:

  • Excellent business acumen including sales analysis, inventory management and organising staffing.
  • Flexible approach with availability in line with the needs of the business to include late nights weekends and bank holidays (Excluding Christmas day).
  • Proven track record of delivering retail KPIs, driving retail, through eventing. providing exceptional customer service whilst leading a team to achieve and exceed their targets.
  • To be an enthusiast about make-up/skincare or wellness
  • To enjoy making connections with customers and be at ease talking to people about our products and brands
  • A desire to help meet customers’ needs and create a memorable experience.
  • A desire to for achieve goals and create activity in store as well as the initiative to create events to drive your business in the community and store.
  • To enjoy working in a Retail environment and be happy to work on your own and as part of a team
  • To be comfortable with technology and happy to engage across our channels.
  • Clear communication skills

  • Your induction and onboarding will be led by the National Education Manager, and you will work closely with your Retail & Education Manager
