Working closely with other technical and IT support teams, the identity management clerk will resolve access issues and analyze change requests.Your role

  • Manage and execute requests to create, modify, and delete user profiles on all the company’s IT systems.
  • Analyze access issues. Run a diagnosis, assess consequences, take necessary corrective measures, and follow up until access problems are resolved.
  • Create, modify, manage, and run account management interfaces using the identity management tool.
  • Obtain necessary approvals from application owners for access requests.
  • Keep all corporate user accounts up to date in the identity management database.

The qualifications we are looking for

  • Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) or Attestation of Collegial Studies (ACS) in computer science, or equivalent
  • One (1) year of IT experience and work experience in access management
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Windows (AD, Exchange), Unix and Iseries
  • Ability to learn new systems independently
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to adapt to change easily
