Supporting hiring managers by attracting and selecting the highest quality candidates. You will have the opportunity to work on specific projects related to workforce planning and talent pipelines, enhancing the overall recruitment process and supporting the company in achieving its staffing needs efficiently.You’ll build relationships with all key stakeholders, ensuring a smooth recruitment process for candidates and contributing to the strategic growth of the company by hiring the best talent available. You will play a crucial role in mentoring new members of the talent team as we grow and implementing best practices in recruitment to ensure the business attracts and engages the best possible people at the right timeYou’ll play a leading role in attracting and engaging the best talent in the market, presenting Nurseplus as a leader in our industry, supporting and helping to drive our teams and our business to success, inspiring and motivating them to help deliver exceptional care across a range of vital healthcare settings.
