With a proven track record, you’ll own and execute a partnership strategy in line with our long-term vision, finding new ways to deliver value to our existing partners, capitalise on growth opportunities, and help to retain and expand our key relationships in a highly competitive market.As the Partnership Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for sourcing new strategic growth partnerships within the B2B sector. You’ll be a pivotal part of the strategy, management, and performance of the Partnership channel working closely with our Commercial, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to drive new initiatives and grow the delivery of referrals from new partner channels.The successful candidate will be experienced and confident influencing both internally and externally, negotiating successfully to achieve change. Overall, you’ll be a highly motivated and determined individual with a desire to contribute significantly to the success of the company. You’ll have a background in business development or partnerships in either B2B or B2C space, with quantifiable proof of growing partnerships or relationships from a standing start.This role offers the opportunity to lead a vital part of our business and build something delivering significant enterprise value as part of an exciting growth story in a Private Equity backed business.Key Responsibilities:
- Working collaboratively with the broader business to develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP’s) to inform a targeted business development strategy.
- Devise and maintain an effective prospecting strategy, building a pipeline of opportunities and brokering new, long-term partnerships to refer new business.
- Build and grow a high-quality network of referral and affiliate partners, focussed on quality relationships that help deliver our strategic objectives.
- Working with the business to deliver innovative propositions, specifically tailored and generic solutions into partners that can refer high value business into Think.
- Forecasting and delivery of channel ROI and sales targets communicating performance against partnership goals across the entire funnel from User through to sale on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Deliver a clear activation plan with each new partner, balancing stakeholder expectation and delivering both short and long-term wins in the channel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute and manage successful campaigns and initiatives to enhance performance, conversion rates and deliver on SLA’s.
- Identify service improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

RequirementsYou’ll be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to build and manage relationships across multiple/senior stakeholders
- Experience delivering growth and value through commercial partnerships
- Proven ability to win and activate partnerships, including from contract through to delivery.
- Strong drive to achieve results, strong-willed, motivating, and cool under pressure.
- The ability to work in fast paced environment, be trusted to drive initiatives autonomously and gain buy in from a wide collection of stakeholders.
- Strong commercial & financial acumen balanced with a mission driven outlook.
- Analytical skills, with a keen understanding of business success KPI’s.
- An understanding of how to review and drive performance, analyse trends and identify root causes using a range of reporting suites (Excel, GA and Tableau).
- Your hands-on experience of inspiring collaboration while working under deadlines to hit goals.
