Your primary focus will be on:
- Timely Submissions: Ensuring clients’ DPIAs and Information Security Questionnaires are submitted promptly.
- Policy Alignment: Maintaining up-to-date data policies and procedures that reflect our evolving products and services.
- Regulatory Expertise: Staying informed about GDPR, PECR, PCI, DPA 2018, FOI legislation, and ICO guidance.
- Risk Identification: Proactively identifying, recording, and escalating potential privacy risks.
- Client Support: Assisting our Growth team with timely and accurate responses to data-related inquiries.
- Knowledge Hub: Maintaining a centralized resource for Information Governance and Cyber Security.
- Governance Support: Contributing to service-wide information governance plans and initiatives.
- Privacy Advocacy: Promoting the importance of information security and privacy both internally and externally.
What We’re Looking ForKey Skills:
- Understanding data considerations: Grasp how data flows in a fast-paced business and ensure it’s handled securely.
- Effective communication: Clearly express yourself, both verbally and in writing, to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy: Be proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ideally have some experience with Visio.
- Team player: Work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals.
- Analytical thinker: Analyze data and identify potential risks to data privacy.
- Problem solver: Find creative solutions to data-related challenges.
Bonus Points:
- Data expertise: Demonstrate knowledge of data management practices, including retention, SAR, and the right to be forgotten.
- Documentation skills: Experience managing and organizing documentation libraries.
The Interview ProcessOur interview process involves 4 main stages:
- Application
- Short call with a member of the TA team
- 30-minute video call with Hiring Manager and one other team member
- Final Interview and task with two members of the team
