Carat is privileged to work with some of the most eminent companies in the world.We’re hiring for a Global Measurement & Digital Director as part of Global Carat in London.Purpose of the RoleOur collaboration with Kraft Heinz continues to flourish, marked by significant achievements, including being appointed their US media and retail agency of choice.
A Global Measurement & Digital Director is a seasoned professional in the realms of digital and data. They possess comprehensive expertise in all facets of digital and can confidently engage in discussions on the subject. Their client relationship skills have been honed to perfection, and they have evolved into a decisive leader for both internal and client teams. The primary objective of this role is to chart the optimal dentsu solutions and opportunities for clients across all aspects of their digital operations. Digital Directors delve deeply into the core challenges facing the brand’s business and formulate a digital strategy aligned with these challenges.The Director holds significant influence and excels in fostering high-level client relationships and inter-agency/team connections.Key Responsibilities

  • Being the global POC on CMM/MMM rollout, specifically related to data consistency, and capability alignment for local markets in partnership with client.
  • Taking a leadership role in significant measurement projects, such as implementing the measurement framework, ad wastage, and shifting the focus from traditional immediate metrics like viewability to genuine outcomes-based measurement.
  • Ensuring alignment between local market teams and the global client team, with a specific emphasis on governance, measurement, digital operations, AdOps & data dashboarding.
  • Supporting the creation of the Kraft Heinz global media dashboard and promoting its adoption within local markets.
  • Contributing to the development of best practice materials.
  • Governing best practices within markets.
  • Creating and maintaining a monthly & quarterly Paid reports.
  • Supporting the Joint Business Partnerships team with digital integration.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of best practices in digital & reporting.
  • Assisting in disseminating best practices to local markets.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Keen interest in driving the overall measurement objectives for various clients.
  • A thorough understanding of digital operations and media planning communications.
  • Proficiency in digital insights and the Google tech stack (including CM, DV360, SA360), as well as other essential reporting, activation, and verification tools, notably Double Verify, and Tableau.
  • Familiarity with digital specializations, such as e-Commerce, PPC, Video, Programmatic, Social, Social, and Mobile.
  • Competence in media & communication planning tools and processes, e.g., CCS Planner or similar.
  • The ability to articulate informed viewpoints on media partnerships, content distribution platforms, social, search, and mobile.
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude with collaboration skills driving team members, agency partners, media owners, and clients.
  • The capacity to communicate strategic and innovative ideas with clarity and simplicity.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and insight generation, with the ability to present complex arguments effectively.
  • The capability to translate digital strategy into actionable implementation plans.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Profound knowledge of performance digital media and trading desks.
