You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyse data, and prioritise features that enhance user experience and drive business objectives. Your insights will guide product development from conception to launch, ensuring our applications meet market needs and user expectations.As part of the Digital Product Management Team, you’ll be instrumental in leveraging your analytical skills to deliver insights that ensure our products align with both customer needs and business objectives.You’ll take charge of analysing your product, collaborating closely with product owners and the App Product Lead to prioritise the backlog throughout the product development process.Key Responsibilities:Product Insights:Analyse user data, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and strategy.Requirements Gathering:Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Collaborate with the App Product Lead to maintain a prioritised product backlog.Work together with web and tech product owners to align cross-functional roadmaps and collect requirements, while conducting impact analysis.Data Analysis:Analyse user data and feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.Use analytics tools to monitor app performance, user engagement, and key metrics.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with the App Product Owner, design, development, marketing, QA and trade teams to ensure successful product delivery.Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives, to maintain team alignment and focus.Knowledge of SCRUM and Kanban methodologies.Testing and Validation:Oversee the QA testing process including business acceptance testing to ensure products meet quality standards and user requirements.Facilitate release management process with our business and tech teamsGather and analyse user feedback post-launch to inform future iterations and enhancements.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain comprehensive documentation of product specifications, user stories, and project progress.Report on product performance and provide insights to stakeholders and leadership.QualificationsDemonstrable experience in mobile app products within a large-scale ecommerce organisation – essentialIn depth knowledge of agile process and principles – essentialWell versed in managing product lifecycleHighly analytical, able to make quick decisionsExposure to MACH is not essential but highly advantageousPro-active self-starter, task focused and organisedFamiliarity with A/B Testing: Understanding of experimentation methodologies to optimize product features.Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and trends in eCommerce.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics or Computer ScienceAdditional InformationAlong with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues:Reward, Recognition and OpportunitiesFrasers Champion- Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
