Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Recruitment Consultant based in Central London with a leading Technical Recruitment Company. The Recruitment Consultant will collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and shortlisting candidates for various job positions with clients.Qualifications
- Fluency in English and either French, German or Spanish
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations, especially right to work status for various countries
