By partnering with global, regional, local People & Culture teams and EMEA leadership team, this role is responsible for designing and operationalizing P&C initiatives, as well as transforming strategies into the day-to-day business operations.This role brings the Business Partnering, IDEA, Learning & Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and Health & Wealth strategies together operationally to ensure integration and seamless delivery to the business. By partnering with business functional leaders, this role guides the transformation of the EMEA business operating model, and drives change management initiatives in EMEA.A day in the life
- Develop, implement and optimize P&C support initiatives that create an inclusive and thriving work environment.
- Create systems and processes to foster collaboration, connection, and drive efficiencies within the EMEA Business Partnering and COE teams.
- Provide coaching and support to business stakeholders in organizational change initiatives which meet organizational goals.
- Support the P&C Business Partner team with insights to assess the short and long-term workforce requirements of the organization.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team, with a strong focus on acquiring and retaining top talent and on building talent pipeline against business needs.
- Collaborate and partner with the global Talent Activation program team to develop programs and practices that facilitate career development and serve the organizations’ goals.
- Actively explore and participate in latest people and culture trends to ensure capability development and resource investment for prioritization.
- Be the regional champion for the employee engagement survey, identify trends using quantitative and qualitative data and escalate business risks and opportunities for timely resolution.
- Build key global relationships, and stay across all relevant global programs and initiatives coming up. Work with communications partners, IDEA, and Learning & Leadership to build localized and comprehensive enrolment strategies that support the local BP teams in delivery.
- Work with P&C Strategic Business Operations to provide Business Partnering team with oversight on key priorities related to Go to People Calendar.
- Identify, analyze and reports on metric trends, and take action as required to strategically support the business.
- Build regular cadence to review the progress of P&C Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and initiatives across region, inclusive of the COE functions.
- Support the Senior Director, People & Culture and VP, Business Partnering International to gather information related to the EMEA region, put together reports, create agendas and presentation decks, and facilitate regular processes such as Talking Talent, workforce planning, Annual Operating Plan, and Quarterly Business Review.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in P&C, at least 5 years in a management or business partner role.
- Broad P&C knowledge and ability to facilitate the delivery of P&C advisory services to the business
- Demonstrated operations knowledge with P&C expertise and an understanding of the talent landscape
- Ability to demonstrate data analytics skills and the ability to align P&C solutions with business imperatives
- Ability to collaborate both upwards and downwards and across
- Experience operating in a multi-site operation, spread across diverse geographical locations
- Proven track record with ability to effectively allocate resources, establish targets, and manage performance
- Proven ability to design and implement creative processes and solutions, including change management, talent development and related areas
- Experience coaching and developing team capabilities
- Skilled at consulting with wide variety of partner types and navigating unchartered territory.
