We are seeking candidates for Automation Engineer role. Compensation for these direct hire opportunities ranges between $115,000-$135,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. Interested? • Maintain high safety standards and cleanliness
• Ensure quality and service exceed customer expectations
• Promote environmentally responsible practices
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to design automated processes, including robotics and PLC controls
• Plan and execute automation projects using accepted engineering principles
• Work with IT teams to integrate PLC equipment into production tracking systems
• Troubleshoot issues in casting and automation systems with various departments
• Assist in setting up and programming new robotic cells
• Streamline PLC programs for efficiency and reliability
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives
• Organize and guide team efforts for project success
• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure equipment calibration
• Maintain accurate records for troubleshooting and predictive maintenance

What you need to be an Automation Engineer:

• 2+ year degree in a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in robotics and programming is a plus
