  • Creation of Point of Sale and digital assets, including liaison with creative agencies to design, produce and implement campaign and promotional material in line with brand guidelines.
  • Create engaging and informative content for social media pages using Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro and Canva.
  • Work to upload new product listings and update current listings on retailer websites augmenting images, videos and written content to maximise user engagement and conversion.
  • Data Entry using Microsoft Excel, SAP software and Microsoft Power BI. Running sales reports to share with Key Account Managers and prepare forecasts. Creating data files to organise data for customers and account managers. Competitor Landscape analysis run on Microsoft Excel to monitor trends in the market and shift pricing strategy.
  • Responsibility for sending marketing samples, raising purchase orders, and tracking marketing expenditure against allocated budgets.
  • Organising, researching, and coordinating trade events. Representing Bosch at 3rd party events, showcasing excellent product knowledge and expertise.
  • Engage with user, using excellent customer service to answer questions regarding Bosch products.
  • Creation of internal communications and reporting for internal stakeholders and senior management.
  • Development of product expertise, support new product launches and maintaining current product portfolio.
  • Organise and project manage Customer and User events, ensuring brand messaging is consistent whilst creating an engaging event presence within budget.
  • Email marketing programme (B2B & B2C): Content manage, copy write, create, and deliver trade targeted emails to maximise opening and click through rates according to current marketing activity and to agreed deadlines. Ensure internal processes, schedules and monthly timetable are completed and drive the programme working closely with local marketing colleagues and central European service teams.
  • Printed and digital communication materials: Project leader for creation and production of regular dealer and user publications, directing colleagues to provide content according to required standards and deadlines whilst managing all resources (people, money, time, external agencies) to deliver high quality output on time and on budget.
  • Communications budget: Be an expert in the procurement process when raising purchase orders to suppliers for marketing activities, offer guidance to colleagues and peers to ensure high standards of accuracy, liaising with central purchasing teams and precisely tracking all costs against projects.
  • Knowledge and experience of using and setting up photo and video equipment for content creation would be desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

  • Studying for an undergraduate or Masters degree and required to take a placement as part of your course.

Additional InformationThis is a 12-month internship beginning in July 2025. This position is open to undergraduates or Masters students who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their course.Benefits:

Location: you will be based at the Denham office.Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement. Please note your placement must be directly relevant to your course to comply with visa requirements.Before attending an interview for this position you must inform your Faculty/School Placement Officer and we strongly suggest you check you are eligible for a placement before you apply. If your Faculty/School does not have a Placement Officer, you must inform your course tutor.
