Job Description:The RoleTo carry out a range of administrative support tasks relating to the recruitment of Assessment Associates (AAs). This is to ensure that sufficient Assessment Associates (AA’s) are appointed to fulfil the assessment activities. This is an entry level position within the Associate Recruitment Processing team.Key Accountabilities

  • Deal with routine enquiries regarding applications and the status of applications by phone and email. Liaise with internal customers regarding Assessment Associates
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process for all vacancies – including support for new applicants and reference checks.
  • Manage the on board process of all AAs – including the maintenance of bank details, HMRC data and personal information.
  • Ensure details of new Examiners/Moderators/Markers communicated to other relevant internal departments.
  • Set up and manage logistical aspects of all Senior AA Interviews – booking venues, accommodation and travel where required.
  • Manage a variety of processes to ensure data is maintained accurately.
  • Create guidance documents and process maps for new vacancies where required.
  • Meet with key hiring managers to set up a process for new vacancies and improve recruitment process for existing vacancies.
  • Train new team members on general processes
  • Assist wider team with administrative tasks

I.T Literacy

  • Intermediate MS Word and MS Excel, MS Outlook, (Essential)
  • Use of databases (Desirable)

Working PatternStandard 37.5 hours a week, office hours, Monday – Friday but will be required to be flexible during busy periods including the possibility of working at weekends occasionally.
