Responsibilities:You will have an opportunity to…

  • Facilitate technical conference calls with project delivery teams and client resources under the direction of the project or implementation manager.
  • Ensure all required resources are present on calls and maintain a detailed log of activities performed.
  • Distribute and review the Method of Procedure (MoP) with the necessary resources to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor the completion of the MoP, coordinating roll-back activities when implementation or migration tasks cannot be completed as planned.
  • Immediately escalate critical risks or issues to the project or implementation manager in accordance with the project plan or MoP.
  • Actively participate in internal and external project meetings, representing the project team.
  • Prepare and provide minutes and other documentation to the project or implementation manager following the completion of each call or bridge session.
  • Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvement or project optimization to the project or implementation manager.

Qualifications:Minimum Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience using Office 365 (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • 1 to 3 years of experience proven ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer facing team environment
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in interpersonal relations and time management. Ability to solicit cooperation, resolve conflicts, and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines and objectives.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience working autonomously.

  • Knowledge or familiarity with tools and systems used within Bell to support project coordination and resource management.
  • Bilingual proficiency in both French and English languages
