Sick of the KPIs and crazy hours?Do you want a more consultative and solutions-based B2B sales role that requires you to be strategic, use your research skills, and encourages you to think outside the box?I am hiring for a NEW Sponsorship Sales position available with a global events business and selling on a high profile b2b event that could be the perfect opportunity!Sponsorship Sales Executive – Large Scale B2B tech eventBase Salary £35-40K+OTE £50-55K (uncapped Commission) + BenefitsCentral London office, Hybrid Working + TravelWorking Monday-Friday, 9-5:30pm (and please take your hour for lunch!)There is a specific brief for this role:Firstly, we need a bright, professional Graduate with 18-24 months of recruitment sales experience in a technical industry: Tech, Telecoms, Engineering etc.You must be confident you can:
- Sell!! We need people who have a proven track record of success in B2b sales
- Create a sales strategy with a clear route to reach your revenue target – there are a lot of big name clients on the target list, so plenty to go after!
- Be confident and proactive when prospecting top clients
- Get lots of relevant meetings booked into your diary
- Maximise warm leads and make great use of the resources available to you
- Throw yourself into the industry and understand what is happening in the market
- Turn new business into a dedicated long-term client base
- Hit your target
