Job Description Electrical Building SurveyorLocation: Remote (in the UK). Semi-regular time at our office in Leeds.Terms: PermanentSalary/rate: £35-50k plus bonus, benefits, and equityRequirements:Our projects are national, and travel will be expected with this role. As the company grows, so will the complexity and scale of our activities, and this position will evolve alongside our journey.We’re looking for someone who’s ready to jump in and help us survey client sites, create insightful consultancy reports, and contribute to our strategy for identifying prime locations for installations. High quality surveys are non-negotiable for us-they’re our first real opportunity to impress clients and gain insight into future project sites. You’ll have the full backing of our business in continuously improving our survey proposition.What you’ll do:
- Lead and define our end to end survey process.
- Develop planning, scheduling, and delivery processes for surveys.
- Prepare detailed site specific survey reports and collaborate with clients alongside our sales team.
- Assist with project estimation and planning once a project is approved.
- Work closely with our Founders to refine commercial models, contractual agreements, and strategic execution.
About you:
- You bring a flexible, strategic, and proactive approach.
- You have significant experience in conducting electrical site surveys, ideally in large commercial or residential settings.
- You’re skilled in report writing and client communication.
- Experience in the EV or energy sector is a plus, but not required.
- You’re comfortable with travel, managing your own diary to balance personal needs.
