- Expected Starting Date: November 2024, and any notice periods can be discussed at interview.
- This is a salaried role starting from £28,500 per annum
- 39 hours working 5 shifts per week and alternate weekends off

- Empowering co-workers through knowledge, confidence, trust, and motivation so they are always ready to support customers in the best way possible.
- Leading by example in terms of customer focus, co-operation with other departments, simplicity and giving and taking responsibility to optimise our customers’ experience.
- Optimise the relationship with our customers in order to increase customer satisfaction thereby driving sales growth and sustained long-term profitability.
- Work to actively secure the IKEA Culture by maintaining specific focus on togetherness and accepting and delegating responsibility.
