  • Permanent, full-time contract working 39 hours a week (5 days out of 7), which includes alternate weekends. Shifts between 07:15am and 22:30pm.
  • Competitive salary starting at £25,184 per annum, based on skills and experience, which can be discussed at interview.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVEWe are looking for someone to help us deliver a taste of Sweden and a great customer experience with high quality, sustainable food. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and know how to execute plans in a good way, you truly make things happen! You are sales driven and service minded with experience of serving customers.Our values will be aligned, and you should demonstrate how you lead by example. You have experience from and enjoy working in a vibrant retail environment. You are flexible and know how to execute action plans in a good way, you truly make things happen.Your passion for food makes you take pride in the service and product you serve.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAYAs a Food Team Leader, you will work with your team to create a safe, healthy, sustainable, and joyful food experience for both the customer and the co-worker.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant is clean, attractive, and inviting. You also ensure our products are always in perfect condition and correctly priced.
  • Being passionate about the food we serve and sell, and actively learn about it and share your knowledge with customers and colleagues.
  • You contribute and support the implementation of the store Business Plan and IKEA Food action plan.
  • Promoting a safety-first culture, as well as coach others in ensuring routines and requirements are known and followed in all daily work.
