Join us now and point your career forward!Job SummaryAccountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the financial reporting, planning and forecasting for Compass Group Canada including capital approvals, sector financial analysis, bonus calculations Redbook New Sales reporting, Lost Jeopardy account reporting and special projects. Also involved in proforma preparations, budget preparation and review, and sector P&L reviews.
  • Provides financial oversight guidance, support and control to the sectors
  • Coordinates the preparation and submission of annual budgets and proformas
  • Maintains control of capital expenditure
  • Calculates midyear estimates and annual incentive bonus amounts for sector associates
  • Coordinates/Participates in special projects
  • Attracts, develops and retains associates and provides a safe and supportive work environment

Qualifications:

  • Education: University Degree/equivalent. Major in finance preferred, CMA, CA, CGA
  • Minimum 8 years progressive financial experience with 4 years at a management
  • strong understanding of financial planning, statements, KPI’s and profitability measures, budget development
  • strong communication and analytical skills
  • proven ability to work in a complex, fast paced environment
  • Previous experience with multi-unit operations preferred.
