Job DescriptionWhat You Get To Do:We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist individuals with disabilities; and behavioral or medical complexities in our residential programs!As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support our persons served with activities that focus on increasing their independence. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work with the person served to provide coaching, supervision, and role-modeling life skills. The job may also include transportation, medication administration, meal preparation, and/or assistance with personal care.No Experience? If you meet the basic job requirements, we will provide the necessary paid training and hands-on experienceQualificationsWHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Prefer experience working with persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Valid Driver’s License and consistent access to a vehicle is required

FOR FLOAT ROLES:

• Willing to travel to three homes within the Portland metro area (mileage reimbursed)
