- Role Summary: Manage and oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring landlords and tenants receive excellent customer service. Responsibilities include handling maintenance requests, ensuring legal compliance, managing tenancy renewals, and conducting property inspections.
- Ideal Candidate: Strong organisational skills, knowledge of property legislation, customer service experience, and the ability to multitask.
Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer
- Role Summary: Handle property sales from valuation to completion. You will be responsible for conducting property valuations, negotiating offers, and liaising with both buyers and sellers to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in property sales, strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Lettings Consultant
- Role Summary: Responsible for securing new tenancies, conducting viewings, and managing relationships with landlords and tenants. This role involves negotiating offers, drawing up contracts, and ensuring a seamless letting process.
- Ideal Candidate: A proactive individual with excellent communication skills, experience in lettings, and a customer-centric approach.
Lettings Manager
