DescriptionMonarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. This is a hands on maintenance position at a 200 unit property with guaranteed full-time hours.This position is open after a recent promotion! - 2+ years’ experience in maintenance
- 1+ years in multifamily housing preferred
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- CPO certification a plus but not required
- Boilers class 1, 2 or special is a plus but not required
- EPA certification a plus but not required
- A valid Driver’s License is REQUIRED for all Techs
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation is $21 – $27/hour
