Alexander Lloyd are pleased to be partnered with a rapidly growing Financial Services organisation on the hiring of a Pensions On-boarding Analyst. This role will have the ability to work on a hybrid model 50% office based per month with plenty of progression opportunities available within the company!The role will entail:
- Reviewing process guides and maps to ensure that they meet legislative and regulatory requirements
- Assisting with Third Party Administration Operational audits
- Assisting with Client requirements, administration, reporting, MI, payments, and data validation
- Supporting Defined Benefit Implementation Services
The following experience would make you an ideal candidate:
- Roughly 5 years worth of experience in a Defined Benefit Pensions function
- Pensions Technical knowledge including Calculations
- Knowledge of Bulk Purchase Annuity products
