This includes loss or damage to stock, loss of cash, and non compliance to process.Job Description:At a glanceDue to working regulations, applicants must be 18 years or over to apply.The salary range for this role is set at £24,400 – £32,000This position is a full time permanent contract and will work on a rota basis covering a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.About the roleAs a Loss Prevention Partner (LPP) in our Profit Protection team, you will add value to the efficiency and profitability of John Lewis & Partners. In this role, you will:● Mitigate the risk of malicious harm to Partners and Customers;● Manage shrinkage performance within budget and risk appetite.You will play a key role in a John Lewis branch, by investigating trends and reporting on key themes, thoroughly investigating shrinkage to protect our profit. You’ll protect your fellow Partners and customers, patrolling the shop floor to deter potential theft and monitoring CCTV for signs of suspicious behaviour.The role will address all aspects of Shrinkage, including, though not exclusive to, external and internal dishonesty, procedural failure, and administrative error within the John Lewis Partnership.You will need to be confident and reassuring to be able to de-escalate conflict situations in the branch professionally. You will raise awareness of all aspects of shrinkage by supporting and coaching fellow Partners.What do our Loss Prevention Partners enjoy about their role?“The LPP role is very rewarding.
