Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage customer appointments, ensuring an informed and seamless journey for our clients.
- Efficiently plan sales appointment routes and support Directors in maintaining office policies.
- Organise and optimize office operations, including supplies procurement and layout management.
- Ensure meticulous record-keeping and data management, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of information.
- Oversee and develop office staff, fostering an environment where everyone can contribute ideas and improve processes.
- Take charge of planning applications for tree works (don’t worry, they’ll provide training!).
- Play a key role in company events, from planning to execution.
- Continuously improve operational procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in office management, administration, or as an executive assistant.
- Strong knowledge of office management systems, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with a talent for problem-solving.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for organisation and detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM systems, with a solid understanding of accounting and data management practices.
