At the moment its remote. If things are back to normal-maybe 2 days at office.(if only things open up).

  • The TA Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the full hiring process from scheduling of interviews, through to preparing and sending out contracts of employments, and managing the background check process.
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition team, in EMEA, with various administrative tasks.
  • Working closely with Hiring Managers and our Recruiters across the region to schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews, across multiple time zones within the EMEA region. Often coordinating interviews at last minute, with complex schedules.
  • Working with candidates to support them in coordinating and booking travel, across the EMEA region.
  • Preparing offer documents for candidates, across EMEA, and paperwork for internal transfers.
  • Initiating and monitoring the background check process for all new starters, working closely with our background checking provider.
  • Responding in a timely manner to all incoming requests, from both candidates and our stakeholders.
  • Taking responsibility of monitoring and updating our applicant tracking system, job boards and the employee referral program.
  • Ensuring each candidate receives the best candidate experience throughout their hiring experience with Splunk.
  • Partnering with the Recruiters and our legal partners to keep on top of the immigration process for new hires.
  • Conducting the right to work checks for new starters in the UK.

Skills:

  • You will have gained experience of working in a fast-paced and international environment.
  • You will have solid experience in coordination and have a sound understanding of working across different time zones.
  • Experience of having worked in a recruitment or HR function.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to form effective relationships with highly experienced professionals across the business.
  • Have a natural strong sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion for delivering great customer service and developing your career within TA/HR.
