This is a full time direct hire opportunity with a successful and growth oriented manufacturing, packaging and distribution juice company. The Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison between customers and the warehouse. In this role you will be responsible for order entry, customer service responses and will be the main contact with clients in your assigned region.
You will also have opportunities for great development and growth potential.
A few Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address complaints in a timely manner
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Contact customers, travel to business locations, explain and promote products
- Monitor and report on market conditions, production innovations and competitor’s products, prices and sales to management and ownership
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience in a administrative CSR role.
- Experience multitasking in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain relationships.
- Detail oriented, self-managed and resourceful.
- Comfortable using excel, developing reports, and presenting on market analysis data and future projections?
Pay: Starting at $20
Schedule: 7:00AM – 4:00PM Monday – Friday
