Join us to start going beyond comparison.Insight into the roleOur Product community are striving to optimise our customer’s experiences and drive our growth in the market. We need a meticulous planning process for prioritisation and flawless delivery of Product objectives. This involves collaborating closely with partner teams in Commercial, Technology, Data, and Customer. Our focus is on outcomes, not tasks!As a PM, you will analyse complex problems, simplify ideas for consumers, prioritize impactful initiatives using data, and work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve critical metrics.We extensively use A/B testing and validate hypotheses through meticulous testing of the riskiest assumptions. We aim to pioneer the next generation of reward & price comparison products through continuous iteration and innovation. Help us to generate ideas and drive progress.How you’ll spend your dayCreating and championing a vision across the product communityEmbedding deep empathy towards customers in everything that we doGaining external perspective, understanding of our competitive positioning and threats and the rapidly evolving landscape of consumer technology and platformsDeveloping strategic and operational responses to market and landscape shifts and opportunities, providing direction to the Product team and unleashing innovation to find outstanding and hard-to-copy ways to serve our purpose and commitmentsCoaching, mentoring and crafting the conditions for success in the product management teamWhat value you’ll bring to the roleOutstanding product skills, with evidence of having working with successful engineering teamsProven success in delivering innovative productsThe ability to make critical decisions and prioritisation calls based on data, insight, value and business contextExceptional abilities to engage and navigate collaboratorsStrong analytical abilities, creative problem solving that corrects and improves the product.
