Role : Branch Manager
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Location: Bridgwater
Hours: Monday to FridayThe client is a Lifting Equipment Company who are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join their growing team.
The depot is a successful site within the company and is currently in the process of expanding further. The client is looking to find a strong and successful manager with a proven track record of guiding a team to success. They will need to be experienced within the equipment rental sector.The successful Branch Manager will be responsible for:
- Day to day management of the branch and all personnel
- Develop a robust sales plan to ensure revenue growth and market share.
- Day to day management of the branch and all personnel
- Ensure all transport commitments are complied with in line with customer requirements.
- Review in Service and Repair items creating a plan to resolve.
A successful Branch Manager will have;
A full, valid driving licence
Previous experience in either Lifting, Plant or Powered Access
Knowledge of Hire software preferred
A proven track record in a management position with a desire to leadThe client will offer the Branch Manager;
