Job description
Hiring Coordinator AssistantGuardian Angel Senior Services of Springfield, MA is now hiring an Assistant to the Hiring Coordinator.
To support employee and company needs. To organize interviews and orientation in coordination with the needs of client’s home care services and perform diversified clerical tasks. To support all recruiting roles and needs.Salary: Can discuss during interview.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am- 5:00pmResponsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls providing friendly and polite customer service
- Greet all incoming visitors in a professional manner
- Address all new applicants and applications.
- Assist with gathering items due from caregivers
- Complete / manage special projects assigned
- Work with management to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Problem solving and direct escalated issues to management
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish prefer but not required)
- Strong analytical, detail-orientation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to manage multiple projects with deadlines, prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to multi-task, provide precise follow-up, and take on additional tasks with short notice
