Join us to build the digital economy of tomorrow.Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a dedicated Third Party Risk Manager to be responsible for and enhance our global third party risk management processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing Checkout.com’s critical third party arrangements both externally and within the group. This is a hands-on role, pivotal in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for our group’s regulated payment entities around the world, notably including the EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing Arrangements, the UK FCA’s SYSC 8 requirements, and the Singapore Monetary Authority Guidelines on Outsourcing.This role will report to the Senior Manager, Outsourcing and Third Party Risk Management, and will work closely with them to deliver on the responsibilities outlined below.How you’ll make an impact:
- Design and implement a comprehensive global third party risk management framework.
- Develop and maintain standards and procedures to support the TPRM framework.
- Coordinate and manage third party risk processes for new and existing third parties.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (risk experts, legal, business owners, procurement, etc.) to ensure adherence to internal standards.
- Maintain a robust inventory of third party services and manage third party risk assessment data.
- Develop and maintain appropriate exit plans for critical third party providers.
- Establish appropriate monitoring of relationships with third party providers, including setting and monitoring SLAs for third party services.
- Produce and present Management Information (MI) to governance committees regarding risk, performance and compliance, and centrally coordinate closure and remediation of action items.
- Resolve regulatory requests related to third party risk management.
- Support on Operational Resilience and DORA related matters.
- Support incident management and ensure prompt and compliant communication to regulators.
- Ensure overall compliance with third party risk management / outsourcing regulations applicable to Checkout.com regulated entities.
QualificationsWhat we’re looking for:
- Very strong experience in Financial Services, either consulting or within financial services organisations.
- Experience in managing large third party risk management transformation programmes, with personal ownership of material components/ workstreams.
- Experience in developing strategies for managing third party and supply chain risks within a global organisation.
- Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements related to third party risk management.
- Experience in delivering third party risk assessments across various domains, including information security, data privacy, business continuity, financial crime, modern slavery, concentration risk, ESG, AI, etc.
- Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Comfortable and confident in managing senior stakeholders (e.g. Directors and VPs, both business and technology).
- Strong attention to detail and core project management skills (e.g. perform risk assessments, manage project timelines and identify interdependencies, risks and issues).
- Track record of success in delivering high quality work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- A standout colleague who will implement projects effectively and empower others to contribute.
- It would be preferable if you have experience in Payments and/ or fast growth companies.
