Then, look no further!The training scheme is designed to take you through a journey of having little to no experience to be a successful senior consultant within 6-12 months.What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting candidate find their next opportunities
- Building long-term candidate and client networks
- Working closely with clients to achieve their hiring goals
- After progressing to Consultant level, you will have the opportunity to work in a 360 Recruitment role which will mean winning your own accounts and managing those processes from start to finish.
- Build your sector and recruitment niche.

- Driving license and car
- Willing to commute to Southampton, Hedge End
- Degree OR industry experience
- A passion to become a Recruitment Consultant
- Have worked full time role for more than 9 months (open to type)
