ADMINISTRATORA fantastic opportunity has arisen for either an experienced or trainee Administrator to work at the Avonmouth Branch of a UK Ship Supply company.The successful applicant will work in an Administration Department and their main responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating data entry into our system
- Responding to clients with completed quotes
- Maintain the physical and digital document filing system
- Performing general office duties such as copying, scanning, printing and answering phone calls and e-mails
IT skills would be advantageous and in-house training will be provided.Once fully trained, the successful candidate will be expected to provide cover for the Processing Administrator as and when required.The ability to work as part of a team is essential as is the ability to cope with pressure and to adapt to situations.Staff morale is a high priority, as is ensuring that our staff work in a friendly atmosphere.Salary: £24,000 p.a.Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.Benefits: Company pension scheme, free on-site parking and Cycle-to-Work scheme.How to ApplyPlease apply here and our client will be in direct contact.
